A atriz Lupita Nyong’o surpreendeu os fãs ao postar uma foto da brasileira, também atriz, Nayara Justino, no Instagram, nesta quarta-feira (17/2). Nesse dia da semana, usa-se a hashtag #WCW (Women Crush Wednesday – algo como “mulheres por quem tenho uma queda de quarta-feira”).

É uma brincadeira nas redes sociais, como o a Throwback Thursday, #tbt, que em português seria algo como quinta-feira de retrocesso, quando publicam-se saudosas imagens do passado. “Minha paixão feminina de quarta-feira é a brasileira Nayara Justino. A sua linda história está aqui“, disse Lupita na legenda ao publicar um link para um vídeo.

As imagens citadas por Lupita fazem parte de um mini-documentário feito pelo jornal The Guardian (vídeo abaixo). Nele, Nayara afirma ter perdido o cargo de Globeleza por ser “negra demais”. “A parte do racismo foi o que mais me machucou. O racismo não veio só dos brancos, veio dos negros também“, diz a atriz, nas imagens.
