O presidente dos Estados Unidos, Donald Trump, reafirmou na manhã deste domingo (19/8) que não houve qualquer conluio com o governo da Rússia na campanha presidencial de 2016 Ele acusou ainda o jornal The New York Times de escrever uma reportagem “falsa” sobre o tema.
O diário informa em sua edição de hoje que um assessor da Casa Branca, Don McGahn, concedeu longas entrevistas ao procurador especial Robert Mueller, que investiga o suposto conluio. Como já havia afirmado no sábado (18/8), Trump voltou a dizer que permitiu que McGahn falasse aos investigadores e disse não ter nada a esconder.
