Sergio Camargo worked with only two colors throughout his career: white and black. Solid colors that interact in opposing ways with light, an important theme in his work. In this exhibition, we see two identical structures, one of each color. It is an opportunity to perceive how the relationship between light and shadow transforms as it passes through the white stone of Carrara marble and the dark stone of Belgian black.
