In this short documentary, Maria Camargo attempts to understand who her father, Sergio Camargo, was beyond the celebrated artist. She begins with memories from adolescence, when she could not yet fully grasp that quiet man, capable of spending hours looking at a tree trunk or at a fixed point in space. Only later, as an adult, does she realise that he was observing the forms of the world, a logic transposed into his works. Maria recovers small gestures, preferences, typed phrases and signs left in the house after his death to retell this story.
