Critics Choice Awards 2026: veja a lista completa de vencedores

A 31ª edição do Critics Choice Awards premiou destaques do cinema e da televisão na noite deste domingo (4/1). Considerada um dos termômetros para o Oscar, a cerimônia marca a abertura da temporada anual de premiações da indústria audiovisual. O Brasil teve três indicações e encerrou a noite com uma vitória.

O evento premiou o longa brasileiro O Agente Secreto como Melhor Filme Internacional. Esta é a primeira vez que o Brasil vence a categoria. Em 2024, Ainda Estou Aqui, dirigido por Walter Salles, acabou derrotado por Emilia Pérez, do frânces Jacques Audiard.

O filme dirigido por Kleber Mendonça Filho concorria com outros cinco títulos: Foi Apenas um Acidente (Irã, França e Luxemburgo), A Garota Canhota (Taiwan), A Única Saída (Coreia do Sul), Sirāt (França e Espanha) e Belén (Argentina).

Wagner Moura, protagonista do longa, perdeu o prêmio de Melhor Ator para Timothée Chalamet, por Marty Supreme. Ele também disputou a categoria de Melhor Ator Coadjuvante em Minissérie ou Filme para Televisão por Ladrões de Drogas, produção da Apple TV+, mas o troféu ficou com Owen Cooper, do elenco de Adolescência, da Netflix.

Já o brasileiro Adolpho Veloso venceu na categoria de Melhor Fotografia pelo trabalho no filme estadunidense Sonhos de Trem.

Entre os títulos com mais vitórias desta edição, Pecadores e Frankenstein empataram com quatro prêmios cada um. Na sequência aparece Uma Batalha Após a Outra, com três conquistas. A cerimônia foi apresentada pela atriz Chelsea Handler e aconteceu no Barker Hangar, na área do Aeroporto de Santa Mônica, na Califórnia.
